Based on others reviews I ordered the pulled pork sandwich on a gluten free bun, which they had and it was very good. My only complaint is that they were very stingy with the meat, even my husband's burger was very small. But like I said it was very tasty. I am not celiac and did not inquire about precautions

The menu doesn’t say anything about gluten free options but I asked the waitress and it turns out they have gluten free buns! And all the meats and sauces are gluten free. When I ordered fries, she made sure to tell me it’s a shared fryer.

I had salmon ( I would stick to the specialty smoked meats) but it was very clean and GF! Great service!

Nice servers. Very helpful - shared ingredient information. I enjoyed barbecue ribs and a nice glass of wine . They offer gf buns for their burgers

Lunch sandwiches were excellent on GF buns. Most BBQ were only available for dinner as they were still smoking. Great find for outside Bryce national park. True small town feel compared to resort options closer to the park.

This review is not about their gluten free food, it is about the odd experience we had with them. The woman in the restaurant refused to do take out because “the kitchen is too small and no one in the restaurant would get fed if we did take out”. My other daughter was surprised so she called the restaurant and was told they do do take out. Draw your own conclusions.

We went here because it was the only GF place in town, but we lucked out, big time! We had initial concerns, as the person who answered the phone did not seem to understand Celiac or GF, but when we arrived at the restaurant, the owner greeted us and he really "got it!" He went through everything that was GF (fryer is not, all of the BBQ is) and was lovely and gracious. He made sure even foods that could be fried were handled differently for us to ensure no cross-contamination. We had the ribs, a combo BBQ platter with turkey, chicken and pulled pork, a pulled pork salad with their homemade blue cheese dressing, and the stuffed potato skins (they microwaved them to avoid the fryer.) Sides were baked beans (awesome!!!), Cole slaw, grilled zucchini and cheesy mashed potatoes (gravy is not GF.) We ordered for 4 so we would have leftovers but we ate so much because it was so good that we may need to return tomorrow for more!! Highly recommend this place, even if you have to drive a bit to get here!! BTW, cash preferred over credit.

Celiac daughter order a burger that was ok. The tri tips platter literally means 3 thin slices of beef on a plate. Maybe stay away from that pricey choice. We were glad to see most BBQ choices were GF.

Our server brought out the hot chocolate package so we could read the label. She researched that they do not have a dedicated fryer but the mashed potatoes with no gravy are safe. Great experience and great food.
The waiter was very knowledgeable on what I could have gluten free and taking precautions to avoid cross contamination. It was a very good meal.
Yes
One of their waiters can neither eat gluten not dairy and we were advised which items on the menu are gluten free -- luckily most of them, including all the sauces.
