The server was GF knowledgeable. I had an adverse reaction from gluten which took me from 2/5 to2/10 to recover from. I contacted C & H before posting this, someone responded mgr would contact me but he didn’t. I have eaten here in the past.

We came here prior to a show at Playhouse Square for date night. The place was busy. Had looked at the menu prior and was excited that there could be some options for our gluten and dairy food allergy restrictions. The reality was far from ideal. No gluten substitutes except some basic store bought loaf bread - no pizza or pasta alternatives. There was gluten and dairy hidden in almost everything - and it must not be a “from scratch” kitchen, because they couldn’t make any alternatives. The worst part was that our waiter didn’t know his menu - I ordered two different meals only to have him come back and say there were allergies in them and I finally had to settle on a super basic hamburger and French fries - so much for date night specials. My husband wasn’t so lucky, the waiter thought his meal was dairy free only to have it come to the table an hour later and find out there was cream in the base. We had to send it back with only 30 minutes to spare before our show started. To their credit, they had a replacement almost immediately and took care of the cost of his dinner and drinks. It was the least they could do...needless to say, we won’t be going back as I wouldn’t trust that menu for our dietary needs again. Could you scrape together a gluten-free meal? Yes. But in my experience, just barely.

The spaghetti squash and the flourless chocolate cake were both fantastic! Very knowledgeable and accommodating. The Brussels sprouts are no longer on the menu. 😢

there was no gluten free menu but our server could easily tell me what is and isn't gluten free and how to modify meals to make them gf. the food was excellent I got an appetizer, soup (a gf creamy soup at that) entree and desert (pb and j creme brulee unique and yummy) we just finished our meal and I'm a bit over stuffed but the food was excellent and service just as good.

lots of options if you don't like chicken. I just never been a red meat or fish eater. The Chicken is brined in soy.. no other protiens for me..

The special was a delicious gluten free pasta! Are here for my mom's 80th birthday party in April and it was wonderful!

the food was a 5, but it was the most bizarre service I have ever experienced. there were 5-6 people that were our servers, who were also hosting, busing, bartending, and checking in. nobody seemed to know what anyone was doing with regard to who was waiting on wjo. took 15-20 mins just to order, same thing when the meal was over. the staff came by and kef so quickly, I didn't have any time to ask questions. When it came down to it though, the food was amazing and they did work with me!

Excellent food and service! they help you eat gluten free and give rice bread !
