The waitress was very knowledgeable about celiac. I ordered the tacos on corn tortillas. She told me they’d cook them on parchment paper so as to avoid cross contamination. She said the tortilla chips were corn and purchased rather than made in house. I thoroughly enjoyed the grouper, shrimp and so cal tacos. I waited until the next day to review to make sure I had no reaction. I highly recommend this restaurant.
