Delicious! Try the duck tacos - they're incredible!
Waitress and hostess said there was no gluten free menu but after going to the kitchen a few times to ask questions for me, the cook sent one back with her. If you just have a gluten allergy, it should be okay. I would be careful if you have celiac since they didn't seem very knowledgeable about cross contamination. My waitress didn't even know what gluten was. The food was great and my daughter hasn't gotten sick yet and it has been 30 minutes. They do have a dedicated frier for the corn tortilla chips.
go here. New manager, but she totally gets it. Gave us an entire list of safe ingredients, helped us modify our menu choices, and knew how to avoid cross contamination. Examples: they shred their own cheese to avoid gluten fillers, cook in clean area, told us to avoid beef due to marinade and certain sauces due to flour, baked chips just for us so they wouldn't be in the nondedicated frier. Very friendly. The food was AMAZING. We had enchiladas and fajitas. Wish every restaurant was like this. Thanks.
I love this restaurant! The manager, Matt, went over everything on the menu with me and knew exactly what was in the food. He even baked some chips for me since the regular corn chips are normally fried. They also baked the corn tortilla for my duck tacos just to make sure I didn't have any cross contamination from their fryer. The food was delicious! I will definitely be back!
We are biased because Matt, the service manager, has always gone out of his way to assist with the menu and making changes to accommodate for my Celiacs. Every single time. Each visit, something new is learned whether we've taught him or someone has taught him and he is passing it along to us. He had taught his staff how vital it is to protect against cross-contamination as well. Make sure to call ahead and ask them to bake you chips; they've perfected the timing to 12 minutes.
The manager Mat went out of his way to help me. He made sure that my entire meal was gluten free. He even had the staff bake tortilla chips for me because the fryer is cross contaminated. I highly recommend this restaurant. Just be sure to tell them about your gluten issues.
my son is on the gfcfsf diet. we haven't eater out since December 2012 when he started it. so I was nervous but the staff was so nice. I ordered him the chicken corn tacos and went to explain he couldn't have gluten or dairy the waiter smiled and said I understand. when they brought the food I said to my husband he can't have the beans cause of the cheese. the waitress heard and said ill get you beans with no cheese. they made it so much easier of an experience. he hasn't had a reaction yet so all is well :)
Love this place
