Burgers were good however no gluten free buns. Fries are not celiac safe and weren’t done enough for my non celiac husband.

We walked in there today and the guy at the grill said to leave if you have an allergy or any medical problem. He said there is wheat everywhere. He seems to be “anti-gf”. I appreciated his honesty though. Las Olas, Naked Cafe, and Swami has a gf menu.

I was so excited to try this place and extremely disappointed with what we got. The atmosphere was awesome but unfortunately that's where the experience ended. The host was uncomfortably polite. We decided to go with a bowl of fries and burger bowl. The fries were overly salted and the burger was tiny. We paid 2 dollars for bacon and found we got bacon bits that almost broke your teeth. As a celiac I look for great burger places that take me back to what it feels like to have a "real" burger again and this was definitely not that place.

This place is amazing. We had the burger fry bowls. The Bleu Craft Burger Bowl was the best burger we've ever had. My daughter enjoyed the Cali Burger which had surprising ingredients which combined were delicious. We also enjoyed on tap kombucha and house made custard. The staff was incredibly helpful. This place is a must visit in Carlsbad. A bit pricy but totally worth it!
