Gluten free options for pizza, sandwiches, desserts and salads. Servers will notify kitchen if there is an allergy noted. Open kitchen allowed me to watch them handle my pizza. I saw them put it on a screen and use a different pizza cutter than the other pizzas. I felt that my food was being prepared safely

The food here is good but it isn’t celiac friendly and the staff aren’t knowledgeable. My server said the owner knew the most about gluten but wasn’t in tonight. I asked if he could ask the kitchen staff my questions, and he did honestly try to find answers to my questions, but the kitchen staff sent him back saying the pesto wasn’t safe because it had cheese in it. It’s an open kitchen so I walked by and saw that bread is toasted on the same grill as other items. I asked them if their proteins share the same surface and I was told yes. So I ordered a basic salad without any meat on it, in hopes that they mix it in a bowl that was “safe”. So far no symptoms of being “glutened”. It’s a good option if you are gluten intolerant but not for celiacs and allergies.

We went here today for their brunch. I had a gluten free breakfast pizza that was amazing!! The have lots of gluten free options PLUS on Sundays $12 bottomless mimosas that never stopped coming. The service was also awesome which is few and far between during Covid times. A must for Anaheim Hills and Yorba linda locals.

Staff is knowledgeable about cross contamination and takes proper precautions. Eaten here a couple times and never been sick. Pizzas are on the smaller size and crust is thin but good flavor and topping choices.

They have a gluten free pizza crust, gluten free buns for burgers and sandwiches, gluten free pasta and garlic bread on their family pasta night on Tuesdays and a gluten free apple cinnamon crumb cake! Plus gluten free beer!
