Like the other reviews mention, only the banh mi has gluten. It seems like they take solid precautions with their food prep, as I got the combo fried rice (which was really good, some of the best I've had) and had no issues after. The folks running the shop seem like good people too. Don't be put off by the food safety rating either (it was an Okay at the time of this review). According to the guy running the place, he was dinged for things that were unrelated to the safety of the food, and given the quality of the food I'm inclined to believe it.
Vietnamese restaurant with pho, vermicelli bowls, rice bowls, salad bowls, spring rolls, and Bahn Mi.
Not dedicated gluten-free, but they have removed most gluten from the dishes. The staff said the pho and vermicelli bowls are 100% gluten free (always double check when ordering) and that their boss heard customers were asking for gluten free, so they only use tamari now and stopped using soy sauce with gluten and switch all sauces to be gluten free, and that all the noodles are rice noodles so no risk of shared noodle pots.
