They are really good with allergies/intolerances. We ordered gf/cf. Coconut based icecream.
The ice cream is made to order in a dedicated mixer, they have a table with all allergen information so you can pick the taste, base and toppings and they will make your ice cream, my son has Celiac and very enjoyed the chocolate flavor ice cream

I think she used a separate mixer but I did not pay attention so that is my fault.
Really unique ice cream shop that makes their ice cream with liquid nitrogen in front of you! They had a separate gluten free menu that made ordering really easy! They were busy and understaffed when I went but overall still very friendly. Cool experience especially for kids!

A great ice cream parlor. Tons of gluten free options with a gluten free menu. They use seperate tools and change gloves when you tell them you have a food allergy. And the ice cream is great
Stumbled upon this place after a morning of sight seeing and needing a break. Amazing flavors and quality. I had the espresso with chocolate curls and it tasted amazing. It was really filling and we were not ready to eat again for 5 hours. They went through all the steps as this was our first time there. The have an allergy menu which lists which topings have peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, eggs, wheat, vegan, and kosher. They also list the ones which are guaranteed gluten free.
