Felt very comfortable with their knowledge of celiac safe and avoiding cross contact. The staff were incredibly friendly and answered all my questions and even offered some suggestions for good GF dinners in the area. My coffee, omelet, and the GF toast (separate toaster!) were all delicious. Will definitely be back!

Yummy! Had gluten free blueberry walnut pancakes, gluten free peanut butter and banana pancakes, gf açaí bowl, gf avocado toast, with four different smoothies for our family. Delicious! Fresh, quality, def recommend!

The place does not look like anything special from the outside, but it was by far the best breakfast we had on the island, and we come here regularly

I’m already a picky eater with celiac and GERD. I only had the GF pancakes but I had them 2 days in a row. They were big and fluffy. The guy serving them seemed understanding on safety. It was a good place to go for breakfast on a getaway. The chicken salad seemed good. I can’t eat walnuts and I hate making so many special requests so please someone go enjoy that for me on a GF wrap

Really great experience, Almost everything on the menu was gluten free or could be gluten free for you. We got the pancakes and my boyfriend said that they didn’t even taste like they were gluten free, SO delicious!

Really delicious health oriented breakfast options served in a beach themed cafe near St Augustine, Beach. We had the gluten free pancakes and veggie stuffed omelet with vegan cheddar cheese and roasted root vegetables, as well as a ginger/lemon/turmeric juice shot and two coffees.

We really enjoyed this place and will return. There are several gluten free options, and options for those avoiding dairy.

Very knowledgeable, very kind, understood Celiac Disease. We had the açaí bowls as well as chicken salad with gluten-free tortillas. Fantastic, healthy options! 10/10

All items can be made GF. Most can be made vegan or DF. Ordered the pancakes, which were fantastic. Other in party ordered avocado toast and the quesadilla. Everyone enjoyed and no reactions. Also got a GF, vegan muffin. Blueberry walnut quinoa and it was dense but tasty.

Most of the menu is GF or can be made GF. Great choices and the owner came out and helped me. I chose the portobello mushroom on GF bread with a cup of soup. It was very good, especially the white bean soup.

He the breakfast burrito on gf wrap and my son had the gf pancakes, both were delicious! Also had great smoothies too!

As soon as I mentioned I had a gluten allergy the lady behind the counter said “You came to the right place!” She wasn’t kidding. So many yummy options for those like me! The gluten free banana walnut pancakes were so delicious. Not the usual dry,sad,depressing type of gluten free you expect. Go go go!

They have a handful of GF options for breakfast including home made drop biscuits and gravy, they were very soft and tasty. Make sure to tell them it’s an allergy for them to take extra precautions. This place is a hidden gem that you need to go to when in St Augustine.

Gluten free banana walnut pancakes were amazing! So were the egg sandwiches and muffins. Pretty much whole menu is or could be made gluten free. Even my non-gluten free boyfriend wanted to go back every day (and we did 3 days in a row)

Staff is very knowledgeable about celiac and allergies. Not a huge menu, but options were very tasty. Gluten free chocolate chip pancakes, muffins, breakfast burrito, and biscuits and gravy were all delicious!

this place is amazing! my daughter and I eat there all the time. they are so friendly and accommodating. we love the juices, smoothies, salads, sandwiches, snacks and breakfast. we have always left full, happy and feeling great!

Hidden gem! High quality juices, creative menu changes frequently. I needed a gk birthday cake and they offered to make one for me. It was delicious! The gf muffins and breads are made from high quality ingredients and the sandwiches are some of the best in the city. Popular place where local businesses order to go meals. I wish they delivered! Excellent service. Very friendly and knowledgable staff.

Awesome! It's a limited menu but everything can be prepared gf. I crave the portobello pesto and also the tempeh Ruben. Get on the gf roll! The daily soups are also delicious. I go at least 1-2 x a week.
