Review of Crepe Expectations

The first thing I noticed was how busy this place is( which is a good sign). The owner was taking the orders and I knew from reading previous reviews that we had better know what we wanted to order before going to the register. The owner is very nice, but he wants you to be quick and know what you want. And I did. I ordered the gluten free chorizo breakfast crepe and the gluten free banana foster crepe. My wait was about 20 minutes as the place was packed. I was nervous about my order being messed up and them giving me a gluten crepe. They got it right. The chorizo breakfast crepe was great and I later wondered if the chorizo itself had any gluten 😳. The banana foster wasn't good at all, the brandy syrup poured over the dry bananas made the crepe stale. Oh well. I'm going to investigate the chorizo, but I will definitely go back. I'll place a phone order next time.
