They make their crepes on the same surface as their wheat crepes. The cook explains that the heat from the surface kills the gluten...no way!!! Gluten is not bacteria, heat won't kill it. If the cook doesn't know this, I certainly wouldn't get anything else from there.
Great crepes, but if you have celiacs beware as they cross contaminate by cooking all crepes on the same cooker.
Crepes etc. now has gluten free crepes in addition to their typical gluten free options. A must-try in the Central West End!
