Great food and they always take such care with GF orders! They have a dedicated fryer, griddle, and oven. They also pull toppings and ingredients from bins that aren’t cross-contaminated. They serve GF meals on different colored plates! I have ate here since they opened and haven’t been sick once. I’m so grateful for this place!

Had the French toast. Very delicious. Staff was confident with what was gluten free and that it would be prepared on a separate grill.

I haven’t felt super excited gluten free wise at many restaurants in St. George, but this place is AWESOME. They have dedicated fryers for fries, separate ingredients for their gluten free items like sandwiches/pizza, & change their gloves. I felt so confident eating here gluten free after calling and was so impressed. The Reuben was so yummy and we really liked the pizza too. Everything tasted super fresh and it just felt so good to eat somewhere that understood cross contamination for celiac. We’ll definitely be repeat customers!

Great fries. Two bread options for sandwiches. Server reiterated it was a GF sandwich when bringing order to table. Menu indicated which items can't be made GF, which weren't many. Sandwich (Reuben) a bit bland and greasy so will try something else next time. No obvious reaction.

OMG! Amazing! We ordered sandwiches and had a choice between white or sourdough gf bread-dedicated fryer for fries So good and the rooftop outdoor seating area is amazing with amazing views!

I was very excited to try this place because tons of people on the Gluten Free Utah Facebook page suggested this cafe. So when we came down for Tuacahn, we came to try it. The cafe is cute and small, and rather out of the way. It was much farther away from the center of town than I thought—haha, kind of in a residential area. The menu isn’t huge, but they can make almost everything gf except sliders, and the gf pancakes are only available Friday and Saturday. Note that Gf takes longer to make. Because our wait was longer, they brought us two gf New Grains sugar cookies for free, which was so nice. We ordered the burger and the carnivore pizza. The burger was really good and so thick—1/2 pounder. My non-gf husband couldn’t tell it was gf, although my bun split a little. But the burger itself was nice and thick, and it came with a good deli pickle spear. We got coleslaw as the side, but it wasn’t great—kind of mustardy. It wasn’t terrible, but I don’t think we’d get it again. The pizza took longer to cook, but the toppings and cheese were really good. Too bad the crust was fairly disappointing. It was cold in middle but nice and warm on the edges where it was hot, and the texture and thickness was rather like a really thick tortilla. My husband opted just to eat the toppings and leave the crust after a few bites. And sadly, I did find a dark hair baked in my pizza, but frankly I didn’t care because I wanted to eat the pizza for its good toppings. Haha. I don’t know that I’d get the pizza again, though, because of the crust texture. The employees were very pleasant, and they were so nice to give us free cookies.

Traveling through St. George and this was an awesome find. The gluten free food was great and it felt very safe for my daughter that has celiac disease.

They have a separate grill, work space and fryer for gf. All but three things in their menu can be made gf. I ordered a sandwich and it was fantastic. The bread was soft and light and they offered both white and sour dough. The only hang up was that mine took a lot longer to prepare than everyone else in my group. It was amazing and I will be back.
