How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Average

Called ahead to order gf crust on a night when they weren’t busy and gave them the whole shpiel about washing equipment, wrapping in foil in the oven, etc. Guy taking the order seemed to understand and said they could do that but didn’t make any promises or a dedicated space or anything. Unfortunately, I did still get sick eating the gf crust. Shame because it’s a delicious crust, probably the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had. Could be a good option for those less sensitive to cross contamination, but I don’t recommend for celiacs.
