TLDR: Ask for Keegan. They are still working on marking a GF menu. A conversation is needed to ensure no cross contact for celiac.
So I’m going to pump the brakes on prior reviews only for the reason that I don’t think they have celiac & cross contact down to a science.
I went at a non-busy time and spoke with Keegan (you have to ask for him because he will be in the kitchen). He helped build a safe meal for me (a rice bowl with chicken). The food was AMAZING. So good and fresh.
He said most of their stuff is cross contaminated but was more than happy to help build a safe meal. He even said it made him think they need to inventory their meals and mark things GF or not.
No marking on the menu, but again, he offered to cook everything in a new pan for me and even get fresh ingredients from the back. He said he is working on a GF menu now.
If you came at a busy time, they would do the new pan by request. They know about gluten free but it will take a conversation to ensure it is Celiac safe, which they seemed more than happy to accommodate.
i love crush taco!! everything can be made gluten free except the fries. the chips, cauliflower, haystack potatoes, and the tostada for salad bowls are fried in shared fryers so cross contamination is a possibility, but otherwise do not contain gluten. let the staff know before hand if you are celiac and they will get you taken care of!! super good choice if you want a quick gluten free meal!!
