Gluten free cupcakes in separate container with a lid, but other g-free items are on the same tray with Gluten baked goods! They tell you that things like bacon & eggs are g-free with g-free toast, but when you ask, they don't know, eg., if the bacon, tortillas etc is gluten free! I never got sick from cupcakes. This review is mostly on Carpinteria Crushcakes.

Limited on GF baked goods when we were there. Great locally sourced clean menu that's gf friendly. Delicious

All the paninis can be made with gluten free bread, and all the gluten free cupcakes are delicious! My favorite is the grilled cheese.

AMAZING GF cupcakes! They do sell out quick though!

Their grilled cheese and tomato soup are amazing! They also have some gf cupcakes, though they tend to run out.
