Substitutes are available for gluten free bread, but it is a $2 upcharge. The fries are not celiac or severe allergy friendly because the fryer is used to fry gluten products. Majority of the menu consists of sandwiches, a few of which contain fried items. The only other gluten friendly options on the menu are salads.
