Gluten free pizzas are made in the same area as other pizzas and baked in the same oven. Not celiac friendly.

Honestly not worth the price.

Had the best gluten free pizza ever. The crust was nice and thick and fluffy and baked perfectly, not dry at all. The owner ensured that it was all gluten free with no cross contamination. He said he has people who buy his gluten free pizzas multiple at a time to freeze and take back with them when vacationing in Charleston.

The pizza has a 10” gluten-free crust option. It is wood fired which accounts for a sootiness to the crust, but that only adds to the flavor. I am not celiac so didn’t ask about possible cross contamination. The pizza is delicious.

Are NOT celiac friendly. Cook pizzas in the same oven as the wheat ones, and put the pizza in the oven without a tray.

Their oven is set up wrong, It burns the bottom of the pizza before the top is done. It might be a technical problem, they seem not to care.
