Alright, listen up! Cyderman's BBQ in Cocoa, FL isn't just a BBQ joint; it's a Texas-style meat haven that's somehow magically landed in Florida. It's like a culinary UFO sighting, and yes, it's out of this world!

From the get-go, the staff hits you with a level of friendliness and BBQ know-how that makes you wonder if they've got a PhD in Meatology. The brisket? So tender, it could easily double as a pillow in a meat-themed luxury hotel. The pork and turkey are like the supermodels of the smoked meat world – they've got the looks and the flavor.

And hold on, there's this side dish – the dill parm potato salad. It’s the sidekick every superhero meat needs, minus the cape.

The plot thickens when you meet Chad, the man, the myth, the BBQ legend. This guy is like the Gandalf of grilling, turning every piece of meat into a magical experience.

Driving an hour and a half might seem like a quest for a mythical meat treasure. But for Cyderman's BBQ? I'd ride a horse backward through a Florida hurricane for it. So, if you're anywhere near Cocoa and you're craving some authentic Texas-style BBQ, missing out on this place is basically a culinary crime.

A very conscious restaurant. When preparing a meal: the station was washed, gloves were changed, a fresh package of meat was opened and what additives were allowed were indicated. We were delighted with how well we were taken care of and how delicious the food was served to us

This barbecue is to die for. The staff are so understanding for celiac and changed gloves and surfaces immediately. Would highly recommend for people with any gluten allergies.

This is to-die-for Barbeque. Texas styled. I haven’t had better meat in the area. We love the Brisket, Turkey and sausage!

When I mentioned my allergy staff instantly changed gloves, prep area and gave a thorough run-down of my options. Their sauces are prepared off-site and risk some cross-contamination. I ate them and had no problems.

The meat is so good you can easily skip the sauce.

They also have the best iced tea on the Spacecoast.

We were visiting friends in Cocoa and I stumbled across this place on the app. It was absolutely fantastic in both quality of food and accommodations. They take celiac and allergies very seriously. When I got up there and told them I had celiac they all washed their hands, changed gloves, got a new cutting boards and knives and opened new packages of all the meat. They took great care of me! Food was delicious! I had the platter with sausage, brisket and pulled pork! I will go back next time I'm in town!

Kylar & Lexie were very helpful & knowledgeable about what I could have and even gave us some suggestions. My husband and I shared the Countdown Combo which included the brisket, pulled pork, spare ribs & sausage. (They make the sausage on site otherwise I wouldn’t have had that.) Our sides were the smoked out beans & creamy house slaw. We each tried the 2 kinds of sweet tea too.

The food & service was absolutely top-notch & delicious! I’m have celiac & am very sensitive to cross contamination. I had no negative reaction at all. We even bought some brisket & pulled pork to bring home. This is the kind of restaurant that I would drive out of my way to go to again! Thank you for a great meal Crydermans!!!

Delicious bbq!! The pulled pork is tender and juicy as is the brisket. The staff is friendly and polite. I am a Celiac and have never had any issue. Definitely a favorite now that we live in the area.

They cleaned the prep station, brought new staff out from the kitchen so I didn't slow things down, and they got all new gloves and trays. I couldn't have been better taken care of. I couldn eat all the meats, the cole slaw, and the baked beans. This is definitely worth it to eat here!
