It’s not *unsafe* because they made a huge effort to make sure my GF pizza was safe & cooked in a separate oven from their other pizzas. But there was always the chance of CC. Luckily, our server was fantastic and really really worked hard to ensure I was safe and happy. I got the prosciutto pizza, and it was delicious. He said that the pasta would have been safe too, GF and done in a separate pot, but I felt like pizza. So ask questions and use your best judgement.

Amazing Gluten free options! Best gluten free crust I ever had! It was nice and fluffy (had to double check to make sure it was gluten free) Gf ordered the Gluten Free basil pesto pasta which was also A+. Great food and knowledgeable waiters. Be careful as this was a bit pricier than expected it should be 3 $$$ but it’s 5 star service

So delicious! They had gluten free rigatoni. The menu is slightly different than online (changing a few items seasonally) they didn’t have the regular cheesecake or chocolate cake some have mentioned, they did have a gluten free pumpkin cheesecake but I didn’t order that. Pasta was delicious though!

Visited here after reading the reviews and was not disappointed. Our waiter was incredibly knowledgeable about their menu and I had a fantastic dish with their home-made gf pasta. When he found out it was my sister’s birthday dinner, he surprised her with a complimentary piece of gluten-free cheesecake.

I will most definitely return here the next time I visit Vegas.

WOW- Frank, our waiter, was amazing and said he could make multiple dishes gluten / dairy free for me. I ended up going with the GF pasta with a dairy free tomato sauce and chicken, and the veggie soup- they even have sorbet for dessert!! I felt so safe eating here and it was delicious too for my non-celiac family!

I love this place. I’ve been twice....every time they’ve made me feel super comfortable eating there. Honestly probably the most comfortable I’ve been eating in a non dedicated facility. Super knowledgeable about celiac disease!

They have gluten free rigatoni. I got the rigatoni bolognese. They could do many of the pastas/ pizzas gluten free. I also had the flourless chocolate cake with vanilla gelato for dessert. Very good and did not get sick after.

The food is wonderful. The service is outstanding. The chef adapted menu items for us. Our server worked with the bar tender to adapt the recipe for house made sangria to include items they were sure were gluten free. This place makes it's own GF tube pasta. The wild boar on GF pasta was amazing. Everyone was knowledgeable about celiac precautions. We went twice during our week in Vegas.

I ate here twice during my trip to Vegas- the pizza was delicious! During my first visit the server knew exactly what Celiacs require regarding cross contamination and even explained the process they used to make sure my meal was safe. The second time I ate at the bar and the bartender was completely knowledgeable! Highly recommend this as a safe and delicious option!

I ate here for lunch. I am GF/DF and they were able to accommodate me with the sea bass (I requested without the sausage as it can contain gluten). It was very good! I also ordered the sorbet tray of "ice cream" and it hit the spot of sweetness. Visit if you have the $$$!

Separate gluten free menu and the pasta is made in house. I had the ravioli and penne and both were really good. The sauce was a little bland on the ravioli but still really good. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and attentive to ensure everything was safe to eat. Even my husband enjoyed the food(he loved the non gf meatballs for any spouses that do not have to be gf). We will be eating here again the next time we are here.
