This is the best place to go if you want Gluten Free Pizza! They use Udis crust, change their gloves and have and have a separate sauce station! The pizzas are cooked in a separate oven also! We have Celiac and my mom who is super sensitive and gets sick everywhere was fine here! Enjoy!
After seeing the staff making regular pizzas with flour and dough flying, it was our turn in line. With some concern, we asked what the process for gluten free pizzas was, and were told all the offerings were the same, just at a different station. Sounds great! The staff member then proceeded to use his flour-covered gloves to grab several gf crusts from the refrigerator, not to mention the flour covered apron, contaminating the entire station for anyone with celiac. Needless to say we walked out the door after saying “this isn’t safe for me.”
