Update: I contacted restaurant and have since had 2 great meals here with no problems.

I really wanted to post a good review because the food is amazing and there are many choices. I have ate at this restaurant 3 times now. First time I had the Risoto, second time the chicken bulgogi , third a pasta dish. First 2 were good 3rd time I was glutened. I will be contacting the restaurant to let them know

Amazing food, has been one of my favorite places. Have always charged an upcharge to do gluten free (somewhat understandable) however this has increased to $6 per dish. It's an additional $20 in gluten free charge for my family to come here so unfortunately we won't be doing that much. Wish they would have kept it nominal, or applied one charge to the whole bill.

We were very impressed with this restaurant. The owner apparently has extensive experience around the world, but ultimately chose a simpler life, relocated to Rocky Mountain House, and opened Cucina. Hailing from Seoul, but trained in high-end kitchens in Europe, the owner covers an unusual mix of Italian and Korean fare. Based on our experience, my guess is that everything on the menu is very well executed. We had two Korean dishes (amazing); the kimchi (really excellent); a classic steak dish (also great) and a risotto (lovely). The staff was very knowledgeable about gluten free options. There were tons of options - including all of the pasta dishes (with gluten free penne) and all of the risotto dishes, almost all of the classic entrees (steaks etc.) and several excellent Korean dishes (the chicken bulgogi with glass noodles was especially delicious). We felt totally comfortable dining here with three individuals with celiac. I only wish this restaurant wasn’t so far away in RMH. Those in the vicinity should take advantage of this gem.

When you get there ask your server what options are gf. They aren’t noted on the menu but the staff are all very well versed in gluten free!
