There is gf pizza dough available for an additional $4 and they do prep your pizza in a different space than the normal assembly line. They also ask if it is an allergy or a preference. Crust on the pizza came out a little well done.
I've ordered from them a handful of times and had good results every time, but, I have been in store & had to call an employee out after he contaminated a tub of sauce. I had to explain how gluten travels & asked him to open a fresh tub of sauce for my pizza. He did it without issue, but I've been cautious ever since.

I’ve been here many times and felt safer than my own home. They used to prepare gluten free (Celiac) in the back away from the flour and regular crust. I have never felt ill after eating here. BUT! Today I stopped in to get my pizza fix. I told the staff that I was Celiac and needed allergy protocol. The young man reached below the counter where normal crusts are prepared, with gloves that had just floured a board, and grabbed a pan. I reminded him that I was “allergic” and needed pans and prep from the back. He said they keep the pans up front now. With pans right below where flour is flying and handling pans with the same gloves he was just using for flour, it was clearly not safe. He also clearly did not understand why I was upset. I left, in tears.

Delicious gluten free pizzas. Got one with arugula and balsamic glaze.
Not celiac friendly. Same utensils are used between regular pizzas and gluten-free crust.

Staff was great. Fixed my pizza in the back Ina sage area and cleaned the oven before cooking my GF PIZZA. Best GF crust I have found!
