Review of Cuisinett, French Comfort Food

For most gluten-free diners, French food is a minefield -- sauces, breads, etc. -- but Cuisinett has you covered. The menu indicates which dishes are naturally gluten-free (about 2/3 of the menu) and a few more can be made safely with minor changes -- just ask. Even the fries are made in a dedicated fryer. I've been a regular here since it opened three years ago and have never had *any* trouble.
