I'm always skeptical of ordering a burger without a bun. Seems blah and usually doesn't present well. Not here. Thoughtful presentation, excellent flavor, good all around.

I love Culture! The restaurant is so fun and the food is really good. They’re pretty good about GF - they don’t have anything marked but they check with the chef when you ask. I eat here quite a bit, although I usually order the same thing (salmon - it’s so good!). I’ve never had a problem and recommend this restaurant - just be ready to ask and make sure your waitstaff knows it’s serious!

The bowls of culture item on the menu are gluten free and very tasty. I told the server I had gluten and egg intolerances and what did they recommend, and they were nice and pretty knowledgeable. The inside space is very cool and unique.
