Wonderful California grain bowl! There are a few gluten free options. I was excited also to see that their fruit smoothies were made with almond milk. Next time!

While shopping at Vaughn Mills, came upon Cultures which had a few salads marked gf. Not a lot of choices, but the salmon with goat cheese and raspberry dressing was tasty. Glad to find something in fast food court!

Looked at the menu and concluded that some bowls/ salads were probably gluten-free so asked someone if they had any gluten-free options. Someone came from the back to tell me that they couldn’t guarantee that there wasn’t any contamination but knew about all the ingredients and which were gluten-free. Thankful for him! I took a Sud-Ouest bowl (all gluten-free), it was very good! The sauce was a bit too spicy for me but they put it on the side.

Under new management, met the new owner and he told me they just opened and that they have vigorous staff meetings about gluten free. Make sure to let them know you have an allergy and they can recommend what to get, I had an amazing rice bowl.
