I ordered a burger (with a GF Udi's bun), and a side of mashed potatoes (because their fries are cooked in the same fryer as their cheese curds). I wasn't amazed by the taste of the food, but I did not get sick, and I felt as though they took cross contamination seriously. They bagged my meal separately from my husband's food, and the GF bun was individually wrapped (they warmed it up, too!).

They have an amazing gluten free bun and are so friendly and accommodating! I have gone here several times and never had a reaction.

A gluten free bun at a fast food restaurant? Amazing! Very accommodating and asked me if I had an allergy and noted it on receipt. Charge was $1.50 more for gluten free bun.
Having your own burger night at home? You can buy an invidual bun from them!
yay! a gf bun in a drive through. heated up and in its own little Baggie so you know it is a gf bun for sure. was told at another Culver's location (in Illinois) that they do go through training to understand gluten allergies. be aware they DO fry their fries with other non-gf items (hence my 4 stars). FWIW I am very sensitive but have not gotten sick from their fries. most custard toppings are gf as well! they have a great list online to check for allergens.
They offer gluten free (Udis) buns, they even warm them up for you, they come in a bag to get them protected and you open and put on yourself !!
This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe

I had researched my options prior to coming. I informed the employee taking orders that I had a gluten allergy (easiest way to explain quickly). He clearly had been trained on what to do to flag my order. He informed me they had a gluten free bun rather than having to go gluten free (let's be honest...no bun is better sometimes). They had a sign posted on the menu asking for to be notified of allergies. When my food was brought out they advised me mine was being cooked and brought separately for my protection.
