I went to the Wake Forest location early on a Friday evening. I asked about the dedicated fryer. The manager said that they fry the corn dogs in the same fryer. I ended up not eating there.

My partner and I are celiac. We arrived later in the evening and our order was taken by the assistant manager. We let him know that we could not have gluten and he explained what exactly we could have. He also informed us that the fries were in a dedicated fryer separated from the other fryers (at this location). After we completed our order he called the attention to all the kitchen staff to let them know to be extra careful to not cross contaminate our order. Everything came out hot, fresh and tasted great.

Knowledgeable and handling GF food safely, and the hamburger buns are actually good! I eat here regularly and never had an issue with the burgers, fries, or custard

I look up the menu online, since it's easier to see what is gluten free and what is not. They normally have paper menus with allergen charts if you ask.

I normally always get the burger with a gluten free bun. The bun comes out steamed, in a plastic wrapper. The burger insides come in a paper box.

For sides, the fryer is shared, so I get the seasonal vegetable, slaw, or chili. I like the chili the best as a side (small up charge).

For ice cream, I get the pre-packed pints. The ingredients are. The packed pints.

It is a shared kitchen, but they did a good job with the handling of my food and I didn't get sick.

I read on the local page that this location was going to have a dedicated fryer, but I waited a few months after opening before going just to see if that would change. I’m so happy to report that the staff informed me that they still have a dedicated fryer for their fries here! I was able to get a combo with the deluxe burger and fries and had no issues afterwards. The cashier seemed knowledgeable about the protocols they had in place and made sure to make that I had a gluten allergy.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Gluten free buns are really good and fries are fried in a separate fryer!

Not good. 1st time there was a brownie that got mixed in with my ice cream, after telling them about my celiac/allergy and had them use the allergy station for my ice cream. 2nd time I was told they couldn’t accommodate my allergy.

I eat at this Culver's location quite often. I have never gotten sick here! I often get a bunless burger and fries. Their gluten free bun isn't the greatest so I just avoid it. Their custard is great too, without the mix ins!

I had a double burger with the gluten free bun. The burger was fine the bun was very dry and crumbly not worth the $2.00 up charge.
