I have a really hard time going out to eat anywhere because I'm so sensitive to cross contamination. And I always feel bad for asking to have servers change gloves and etc. But they were super polite, my burger came out in a separate bag from the rest of the order and the bun came in it's own separate packaging to avoid cross contamination. So I was able to assemble my burger myself.
Sadly, the fries aren't cross contamination friendly but that's the risk with most places haha and I decided to risk it and didn't have any reaction. But that was me personally.
The only thing I will say is that the bun is super thick and airy, if that makes any sense. So it caused some acid reflux and indigestion but I'm super super sensitive to that sort of thing.
Rule of thumb: The bun comes warmed and in a plastic packaging, if you can assemble the burger as soon as you get it, I strongly recommend it. Because if you wait, the steam makes the bun a bit soggy. :) Other than that, super great service!

Not celiac friendly! Say they have dedicated fryer but have been glutened each time. 😢

The have really good gluten free buns. Sadly there fries share a fryer with deep fried stuff so they wouldn’t be safe for celiacs, but I can eat them just fine and I am usually sensitive to cross contamination
The gluten free menu is slim, but it's one of the few places with gluten free buns (Udi's).
Per their website (May 2019):
"*Culver's Restaurants are not gluten-free environments. While we take special precautions to prevent cross-contact, the possibility exists for food items to come in contact with other food products during preparation and cooking procedures. Please alert staff to your gluten-free needs."
However, they also note that the GF hamburger buns are warmed and served separately so it seems there would be a much lower chance of being accidentally glutened.

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
