Culver's has been a good experience when I have gone. They keep the gluten free bun separate in the package, so you know it hasn't been contaminated. Never had an issue with ordering a burger and plain custard here. Fries use same fryer, so avoid, staff has been knowledgeable about this whenever I come. Got the mashed potatoes once without gravy and did not have a issue.

Update: I was informed today that the fryer is a shared fryer. I was previously told it was not, so I'm updating my score. ***************** I have been to this Culver's so many times, as it's the only place in Superior I can get a burger and fries! Make sure to ask for the fries in a separate bag when ordering through the drive through, as many times they will leave the fries out of the GF order (and make sure to indicate an "allergy" if you do have celiac's/or are highly sensitive). Or when you order at the counter, ask for the GF order to be on a separate tray. This is not always strictly followed by staff, so there seems to sometimes be a disconnect but I have never gotten sick at this location. This is why I'd give them a 4.5. The order comes with a steamed Udi's bun that holds up well. It is hands down the best bun I've had yet and I've tried so many so far. I've been told there is a separate grill area and the fries are in a separate fryer. I've been here at least 20 times and would recommend it! They do have an allergen menu on the counter to peruse other gluten free options.

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
