Review of Culver's

They had a gf bun that was served to me wrapped in plastic but it had been heated prior. I don’t know if they do magic in their kitchen or what but this was hands down THE BEST GLUTEN FREE BUN I’ve ever eaten-soft & spongey/similar to glutinous texture. I saw on their website it’s Udi’s (which makes zero sense) so it must be a special food service line that udis does because it’s better than anything I’ve eaten from Udi’s before.

They also took extra care so that I could order a Reese’s concrete mixer (custard + a mix in). Fries aren’t in dedicated fryer so I would avoid those but mashed potatoes without gravy, broccoli w/out cheese sauce, & coleslaw were all safe side options. New favorite place!
