Sensitive Celiac here - Been traveling and needed a quick bite. We stopped at Culver’s and were not disappointed one bit. The employee told us that they wash their hands, change gloves and prepare the allergy order in a separate area. Even gave me a separate bag. I got a plain bacon cheeseburger and the bun comes sealed and steamed so when you open it and put your burger together it’s SO SOFT! Delicious flavor and felt safe and feel great. Grateful for this place out here.

I get the cheeseburger with a gluten-free bun and plain vanilla custard. The bun comes in a sealed bag and crumbles easily but tastes good. Bagged separately in drive through and put on a separate, red tray when dining in.

I always get their gluten free bun. It comes in a package. They also deliver your food on a special tray.

They were awesome about getting a manager to help clarify what products were safe and not safe. Unfortunately, they do not have a dedicated fryer, but they still have a decent amount of options that are safe. And they gave a pamphlet with all of their gluten free items to keep for next time!

Gluten free bun available pre packaged and warmed, toppings and burger packaged separately. Fries have never bothered me (not sure if they’re cooked in a dedicated fryer). Some sauces contain gluten, so be careful with that. You can find ingredient lists and such on their website which is helpful.

They have a dedicated fryer for French fries. The gluten free bun was super soft and tasted really good. Feel okay. Everyone was super nice.

I ordered a burger and asked if they had gluten free buns. They asked if I had an allergy to gluten so they could let the workers in the back know. I got a gluten free bun that was in sealed plastic and the toppings on the side. :)

Love ❤ Culver's in IL & WI but nothing tastes the same here (same foe Wendy's & KFC). Used to be addicted to the chocolate shakes but the one's here make me sick and are nowhere near as rich, smooth, or creamy - making them a standout no more 😢
