Had a gluten free bun that came wrapped in plastic and FF are gluten free as well
My husband has Celiac, great burger in "wrapped bun" we were told that the fries were also GF. There was no reaction from him when he ate them. We'll definitely visit again, hopefully all Culver's follow the same thing.

They have a great gluten free bun that comes out individually wrapped, which makes me think there's less chance of cross-contamination. There is not a dedicated frier, so no French fries.
staff were green, but that's to be expected with 1st day. asked the owner to make sure everything was gluten free. this owner has everyone change their gloves and has everything separated out to minimize cross contact, including a dedicated fryer for french fries. I've since been 2 more times and no reaction still.

They have side options coleslaw, applesauce, broccli and mash potatoes( no gravy) but there is butter available. They have a gluten free bun warmed up and sealed in a package. The customer opens it. There are also salads available. I was offered a menu that lists gluten free options and egg free and dairy free. The manager came out after she heard the word celiac and reminded the person taking the order to not just push a button for gluten free, but to also put allergic. I would trust to eat at this place again and my teenager was satisfied with what she ate.
Excellent gf burgers and frozen custard! Be careful of fries though it’s a shared fryer
Stopped here for a quick on-the-go dinner. The burger was great…they even steam the GF bun (packaged separately). Yummy!
My wife is celiac and I have a gluten intolerance. We go to culver's fairly often, but the last few times we went I found random pieces of cake or brownie in my custard. They do have seperately packaged buns and always ask if it's an allergy, but just make sure to use caution.
