The food and service has been wonderful the last two times I have gone. Both times I got a grilled chicken sandwich with a GF bun. (Tell then you have a wheat allergy)
FRIES: the owner said they are fried in the same fryer as cheese curds.
There is a separate fryer for onion rings and other fried sides.
This would be okay for gluten intolerant but NOT celiac.
Gluten free bun in separate sealed package and a cheeseburger grilled. I was nervous at first, but very appreciative the bun came separately even though I had to assemble. Will definitely go back. Probably the best experience I have had with fast food restaurant that is not entirely GF.
Culver's has been a good experience when I have gone. They keep the gluten free bun separate in the package, so you know it hasn't been contaminated. Never had an issue with ordering a burger and plain custard here. Fries use same fryer, so avoid, staff has been knowledgeable about this whenever I come. Got the mashed potatoes once without gravy and did not have a issue.
This location does have a gluten free bun. However be careful. When we called they said fries should be fine. When we got here the assistant manager said no the fries aren't gluten free and the only gluten free options is the bun. I'm sad because apparently some Culver locations have a dedicated fryer. Seems like everyone could use a bit more training on this.
