I had the vanilla ice cream and chili cheese fries - no reaction, and delicious!

These reviews are misleading. Culver’s does a great job clearly marking gluten free options on allergen list, which has many options including buns. Also when you ask for gluten free bun they prepare it separately. I’ve been to Culver’s in Sun Prairie 20 times and never had any sort of issue. Thank you Culver’s!!!

I am a celiac, and I ordered a burger and custard. I have done this multiple times here. Highly recommend. They clean the grill, and keep a gluten free bun separate.

Since a majority of people working here are high schoolers, it’s hard to get through that allergies are a concern. Its a hit or miss with Culver’s depending on the time and day. Ive eaten their chili, green beans, mashed potato no gravy, grilled chicken salad, burgers, and pot roast sandwich.
Be vigilant here. I did not get sick but only because I noticed crouton crumbs remaining after I sent back my side salad to have them removed.

I have bad experiences with the frozen custard both here and at another Culver’s. I told them specifically to be careful about cross contact with gluten. This time, I found a ball of cookie dough in my snickers. It’s safe to say I learned my lesson!

Love Culvers. GF buns. . Kids Meals. Custard.
The oil used is not gluten free. How can you claim to be a gluten free restaurant?
Duane (the owner) was extremely helpful! I was surprised at all the gf options!
Never had an issue

They were awesome about getting a manager to help clarify what products were safe and not safe. Unfortunately, they do not have a dedicated fryer, but they still have a decent amount of options that are safe. And they gave a pamphlet with all of their gluten free items to keep for next time!

Gluten free bun available pre packaged and warmed, toppings and burger packaged separately. Fries have never bothered me (not sure if they’re cooked in a dedicated fryer). Some sauces contain gluten, so be careful with that. You can find ingredient lists and such on their website which is helpful.

They have a dedicated fryer for French fries. The gluten free bun was super soft and tasted really good. Feel okay. Everyone was super nice.

I ordered a burger and asked if they had gluten free buns. They asked if I had an allergy to gluten so they could let the workers in the back know. I got a gluten free bun that was in sealed plastic and the toppings on the side. :)

Love ❤ Culver's in IL & WI but nothing tastes the same here (same foe Wendy's & KFC). Used to be addicted to the chocolate shakes but the one's here make me sick and are nowhere near as rich, smooth, or creamy - making them a standout no more 😢
