Owner took my order and even brought me the packaging for their mushroom topping to read. They can cook the bun in it's packaging and will deliver it sealed with the burger/toppings in a separate container so I just unwrap the bun and add my burger to it knowing no cross contamination to my bun. Sides include green beans, mash potatoes (no gravy) or salad. Great burgers and the owner even came by the table to see if everything was okay.
We were traveling through Missouri on Thursday, tried Culver’s and had a gluten free bun on a delicious hamburger. No issues, service was very good, the staff was knowledgeable about allergies. We stopped again on the way back home!

This is a great Culver's. They pay meticulous attention to food listed allergies. I haven't gotten sick here.

I love Culver’s especially for their coolers and custards but the service is also amazing! The cashier, Dom, was very knowledgeable and let me know that the fries do come in contact with gluten, which other Culver’s have not mentioned to me. although I do wish I could eat the fries bc they’re my favorite junk food, it sucks so many restaurants don’t have separate fryers.

I blacklist Culvers during lent and for 40 days after. Should have listened. They must use the same fryers for fish and fries when they get busy. Got really sick from a Gf cheeseburger combo :(
