They had a hiccup with their food tonight which I get that everything isn't always perfect. The service from a person who identified themselves as a Manager, Megan was very disappointing. Disregarded my feedback... somehow the line hung up while I was speaking.

We went here twice on our trip up to the panhandle. Both times my son (Celiac) had a double cheeseburger on GF bun, which comes in a steamed bag and then you assembly the burger. He also had the fries on the first stop and vanilla shake both times. He didn't have any issues and was very pleased with the taste of everything.

A warm Gluten free bun is individually packaged and provided separately to avoid any cross-contamination. Staff takes the extra time to let you know what sides are safe. Best place to go for a burger and shake!

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
