Review of Culver's

Gluten free buns in sealed packaging - they microwave it and leave it sealed. You get the sandwich contents (cheeseburger for me) in a separate box and assemble it yourself. Seems like a solid way for a fast food place to minimize cross contamination. The server was very knowledgeable - asked preference vs allergy. No dedicated fryer, so skip the fries.
