Only was willing to try the fries since they are supposedly in a dedicated fryer. However, had fries that were definitely fried with onion rings that were discovered only after eating half of the order. This was after talking to a manager ahead of time to confirm. Will never visit this chain again, and I would encourage extreme caution if you even consider it.

This establishment messed up my order, when I called to let them know I was unhappy I was told our GF meals are an inconvenience since it has to be made a certain way and they can’t guarantee the burger won’t be flipped over and mashed to the paper after paying extra for a GF meal. Manager John is rude. Will no longer visit their establishment.

Udi buns in a sealed bag. Heated so they are soft. Most of the custards are gf

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe

I had researched my options prior to coming. I informed the employee taking orders that I had a gluten allergy (easiest way to explain quickly). He clearly had been trained on what to do to flag my order. He informed me they had a gluten free bun rather than having to go gluten free (let's be honest...no bun is better sometimes). They had a sign posted on the menu asking for to be notified of allergies. When my food was brought out they advised me mine was being cooked and brought separately for my protection.
