You can ask for GF bun when ordering a sandwich and you can also buy a bun by itself if you need a GF bun in a pinch. I’ve bought a GF bun from Culver’s on my way to another burger place that I knew didn’t have any GF options.

I loved the fact that they even have GF buns. They serve it sealed in a bag and warmed. You assemble your sandwich, but that totally fine. It’s safer that way.

My 9 year old daughter has celiac and loves burgers on buns. Culvers will provide you with your very own gluten free bun that is sealed and warm. You assemble yourself so no cross contamination. The French fries may contain trace amounts of gluten but only trace amounts.

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe

I had researched my options prior to coming. I informed the employee taking orders that I had a gluten allergy (easiest way to explain quickly). He clearly had been trained on what to do to flag my order. He informed me they had a gluten free bun rather than having to go gluten free (let's be honest...no bun is better sometimes). They had a sign posted on the menu asking for to be notified of allergies. When my food was brought out they advised me mine was being cooked and brought separately for my protection.
