Bring some backup food with you. I love this lodge and park, but when I asked about which items at breakfast were gluten free, the hostess asked the chef, and he told her everything was gluten free (bread, biscuits and gravy, cereal, waffles, etc). I nicely told her for future reference that he was wrong. I had eggs and a banana. Yogurt probably ok, too, but that was all.

Good experience with dinner and breakfast. My son had BBQ pork chops for dinner and the breakfast buffet. Talked with the chef and wait staff about ingredients and substituted fresh fruit and potato chips for gluten sides. No issues
