Visited the airplane bathroom in a rush after eating here. Ordered Monterrey salad. Got a promising response that sounds like they were familiar with gf. English is not the staffs 1st language.they had issues answering specific questions. Poor service as 4 people ordered after me and got their food before me. Skipped the creamy lime dressing on the side when I opened it and found gluten noodle fragments in it. Still got sick. This was the only meal I ate that day that I did not prepare myself The rice cooker visible from the counter looks like it has never been cleaned. I’ve use this app for years and this is only the second time I’ve ever had to write a negative review.

Great option at CLE! Bowls and salads are mostly naturally gluten-free, and can be easily customized. When we asked to confirm whether a certain menu item was GF, the cashier pulled out an allergen chart to confirm. She then let the prep staff on the line know about the GF order, and they both changed gloves *and* used unopened containers from the back stock to make the bowl…all without any specific safety requests from us. Very impressed for an airport kiosk restaurant! Also very tasty, and some good healthy choices if you’re looking for those.

Definitely a delicious healthier option from everything else. Menu states to ask for gluten free options. Employee immediately handed me the allergen menu which shows all but one bowl is gluten free. Buffalo chicken bowl was great. She changed gloves before making my bowl and each item has its own utensils so pretty low chance for cross contamination. I'm celiac and didn't get sick.

Service was great. Although no gluten free menu the Staff was very friendly and immediately provided me with their allergen list, were very patient and helpful.

I read the reviews first, and so I was optimistic that they’d be able to meet my needs. The girl who waited on me was knowledgeable, washed her hands, got new gloves, and even got what I needed from a new non-contaminated container. Good experience.

The woman working took great care of us. She knew the menu and the gluten containing items. To make my celiac son's bowl she changed gloves and got everything from the back: rice out of the rice cooker and all toppings from new containers not used on the line. We got a rice bowl, corn chips, and smoothies.

They were great the manger has celiac and personally walked through and made my bowl! It was really good . It was alittle costly

The manager and part owner(Dino) has celiac and knows his stuff. We actually talked for almost 30 minutes and swapped numbers. Coolest guy, took a lot of care to protect my food AND it tasted like a better chipotle. 10/10 sad I don’t fly through there a lot.

Very knowledgable. Even got ingredients out of the fridge to minimize and possible contamination. Pretty good flavor too! When I said gluten free they knew exactly what to do.

Delicious! Super Gluten Free friendly. The server changed his gloves let me know exactly what I could eat (which was 95 percent of the food). Got fresh lettuce from an unopened dish. It felt so awesome being treated so kindly and safety. P.S. The mango salsa was amazing!!!

Staff was Celiac and gluten free aware...some nice varieties on Burrito bowls. I prefer Chipotle's flavor more, but this place is more accommodating! Hopefully I don't get sick! :)

The knowledgeable person who crafted my burrito bowl knew exactly what I could and could not have. He asked if I had an allergy, changed gloves without hesitation, and even got a new container of cheese from the back in case unwanted gluten had made its way into the cheese already out. As an added plus, he did all that gladly. Such a relief, as airport restaurants typically treat celiac sufferers like lepers. Oh, and it tasted good, too.

Very friendly and knowledgeable, and didn't give me the "are you a two-headed alien" horrified stare when I said I was gluten-free. The bowl was quite tasty, along the lines of a Qdoba bowl.

There is a person there named Dino (pronounced Deeno) who is a celiac himself and he took care of me, even using new spoons. He said everything there is gluten free except the flour tortillas and the salad dressings. It's good food too.
