They sell gluten-free products. They do ask one day in advance to place your order for cookies, cupcakes, brownies, lemon bars, scones, muffins, anything related gluten-free they can make. Birthday cakes, cheesecakes . Macrons are sold daily. They also have a second oven that they use for people that have celiac.
