Authentic Chinese restaurant that is aware of ALL the gluten containing ingredients, including xiaoching rice wine. Menu not labeled for GF items, but she will tell you if it’s safe.

We have eaten here several times. I have a very severe gluten allergy and have not gotten sick. We have had Mushu pork minus the pancakes, Kung, pao chicken, orange, peel beef, and all have been delicious and I have not reacted to any of them. Susan is the waitress that I speak to when I order and she really understands the issues with a Gluten allergy. She is fantastic.

My fiancée (not gluten-free) loves Sichuan food but we’ve never been able to eat it together until we found this place. The food felt like home cooking and the ingredients were very fresh. I was worried initially about the spice level but it was well balanced.
The woman working was super nice and accommodating. Most of the menu can be made gf, main exceptions are dishes that are fried or use wheat noodles. She explained that they make a lot of dishes from scratch and so they know exactly what’s in them, whereas a lot of other places buy things premade or don’t teach their staff.
We are definitely going to be regulars at this place!

They will try to accommodate any dish you want as long as it’s not fried (obvs). The waitress was extremely knowledgeable and I felt so safe eating here. Authentic Chinese food!!

The server was amazing well-versed in Celiac issues. When I asked her which meals were gluten free, she answered "what would you like? We can make most dishes gluten free." She showed me which meals could not be de-glutened, but that left a lot of the menu to choose from. So many good options! My meal was very good, and I did not have any side effects.

Aware of contamination issues from fryer and gluten in regular soy sauce. They made gluten free versions of most dishes and we're careful to let me know which contained gluten when serving. Excellent sichuan food.
