Unfortunately this is not a gluten allergy friendly restaurant. They informed me the gluten free noodles are not really fully gluten free and soy sauce is used everywhere (their soy sauce is not gf). I tried ordering thru Uber Eats and found this out - at least they let me know beforehand!

Legendary ramen spot offers GF noodles (+2.50) but all the broth options have soy sauce or wheat. Good for the fashionably GF crowd but not Celiac.
