Review of Dairy Keen - Home of the Train

Owner is celiac and is now offering GF items! The person that took my order was also celiac. I met the owner as well when she saw me looking at the GF menu. The menu is large when you take into account all of the burgers, plus the sandwiches, plus the chicken strips.

Hamburger buns are from New Grains, bread is from UDIs according to their menu. They also offer GF chicken strips (cornmeal breading). The GF menu also lists the shakes and mix-ins. In the winter it says they will offer GF soup option. Dedicated GF fryer.

I've had a burger and the chicken strips and they are good.

I live in Utah Valley -- I wish this place was closer to my house! Thanks for offering GF options to us celiacs.
