The ice cream is soft serve. They change flavors often and offer vegan flavors. The chocolate and vanilla are consistent and GF. If you want toppings they will get fresh toppings from the back. Their French Fries are cooked in a dedicated fryer.
There is a risk of cross contact if you don’t ask for safe toppings from the back or if you order a gluten containing flavor (today was Oreo). Everyone was very understanding and changed gloves immediately.
