Serving staff were very knowledgeable about gluten issues. They did mention that they could not guarantee no cross contamination but would do everything they could to avoid that happening. We had a 3x3 skillet with 2 eggs and gluten free toast. And, a Stevie Boy skillet with Portuguese sausage and gluten free toast. The portions were enormous and delicious.
I was hesitant because the waitress didn't seem very concerned when I told her I had a wheat allergy but I went with it and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with bacon and provolone. Came on Udi's bread. Super yummy and I didn't get sick and I am really sensitive if cross contamination!
