I ate from their gluten free menu and let them know I could not get cross contamination and I got very sick. I messaged them and they did not respond.

Today I stopped at Dash-in while they were pretty slow. I ordered to-do food for myself and several people, and the staff took time to make sure that all the items I was going to taste were prepared gluten-free. I drank a cider while I waited, and the Bartender let me sample the gluten-free drinks on draft. My favorite was La Vida Sangria from Ciderboys, and I also tried Flannelmouth cider and Green Zebra. Since gluten-free bread is much smaller than wheat bread, I was given a sandwich and a half, which was a pleasant surprise. The gluten-free upcharge was a few dollars, but in my opinion well worth it.

cross contamination everywhere. have been 3x times. while they offer many gf options, it is not prepared gf. if you are highly sensitive to cross contamination, beware. 1st visit was great, manager was very conscious of my allergy. at the 2nd visit, the server made it clear she was the only one working and she was too busy to reassure me of preparation. I ended up being sick for 5 days. on the 3rd visit, cook came out and said they can't accommodate contamination free. while the menu looks amazing and they do have a huge variety of gf options, sadly I can't risk going back.

Server couldn't tell me if seasoning on chicken for salad was gf. Ended up ordering VegHead on lettuce instead of wrap and they forgot to bring hummus, provolone and herbed cream cheese.

Agreed that wait staff is pretentious. The cider they pushed on me was already tasteless and served over ice (?!?) They were out of several things at 8pm on a Thursday. That said, the GF BBQ chicken flatbread was absolutely amazing and I didn't get sick at all, which is awesome for a pub.

Horrible and pretentious waiters. May have gluten free but terrible service. Took 30 minutes to get an appetizer and when it was served cold the waitress literally walked away

This place was just ok. They had a large GF menu. We waited a really long time for food that was just ok and overpriced, plus they were out of half of the stuff.

Very good food. They have gluten free bread on which they can serve a good majority of their sandwich choices. They also have gluten free soups and salads.
