My office bought a gluten free cake for me, but I tested it with Nima and there was gluten. Also monster cookies are not gluten free. I don't trust any bakery, and felt bad that my team bought me the surprise cake. Update 2019: still found gluten on the Nima with cupcakes. When you call the and ask questions they call it “wheat free” and not gluten free (although that’s what they are described as when buying).

Cupcakes are delicious! They are expensive, but a great treat!
They do not have a dedicated preparation space, but my husband and myself did not get sick from them.

Monster Cookies are really good, never had issues with them. Interested to try the cupcakes.
Only options are cupcakes and cookies. They have no dedicated gluten free space to prepare or bake.

There are wheat-free cupcakes and wheat-free monster cookies in the case that I have never had trouble with (I am not celiac but I am pretty sensitive). The wheat-free cake is the best I have ever had, too. So good! Their wheat-free baked goods are made in the same facility as there gluten-filled ones (I'm guessing that's why a gluten sensor registered something), and so they do not advertise any of their items as "gluten-free". But the bakers do a good job at keeping cross-contamination as little as possible.
