They are no longer carrying gluten free crust because their crustless pizza is more popular and people were requesting it instead. They will make you your own crustless pizza in a disposable pan, any kind you want. Since it doesn't have a crust, you pay the same price as everyone else instead of a premium price for just one gluten free pizza. The owner even made us a gluten free dessert "pizza" with gluten free graham crackers we brought in. If the owner is there, let her know your situation. She had me sample some new items. Soooo yum! If you like dill, and they have it, I HIGHLY recommend "crustless dill bread" with corn chips!
